Between the hooligan Barcelona of the centre & the fashion Barcelona of Diagonal Mar in Poble Nou are 5 strategically situated hectares. On the 29th of May 2004, a group of people decided to use (some people say squat) some land abandoned by the Barcelona City Council.

12:00 am, de Jaume Nualart, és la mirada calidoscòpica d’unns personatges que conflueixen en el mateix temps i en el mateix lloc en un ventall de mirades, sentiments i vivències perfectament ensamblats.

L’estructura narrativa, d’una arquitectura impecable, es desemvolupa a un ritme fresc i agosarat. L’anècdota -evanescent, quotidiana, trivial- s’eleva a la categoria d símboñ, en un autèntic repte literari. Com diu un dels personatges, Lorie, que és escriptora, “la meva ansietat per trobar siruacions interessants m’està traínt. Forçar la realitat, fer fora la monotonia sense cap fet on recolzar-se, es transforma en pensaments, en imaginació sense estructura, només en això”.

Una lectura estimulant, amena, i profundament amarga.
